About Us

Greetings from Purple Space 🪁

At Purple Space, we strive to create a world where mental health is understood, accessible, and supported without stigma. More than just a platform, we are a community—a space where you can learn, engage in meaningful conversations, and find support through shared experiences.

Our goal is simple: to help you find the right therapist and support you throughout your mental health journey. We provide a comprehensive, reliable database of vetted therapists and insights into different therapies and mental health conditions so you can confidently make informed decisions.

Whether you're seeking knowledge for yourself or looking to connect with others on a similar path, Purple Space is here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s break the stigma, seek support without hesitation, and build a world where mental health is a priority, not an afterthought. 💜

Hi! I’m Chiyana and I’m currently pursuing Bachelors in Psychology from University of Delhi. I co-founded purple space to promote a sense of security and support among people, because I know kindness and acceptance can be hard to find, but here, we want to provide you with all the positive energy and mental health healing that we can. I’ve always been a reader. Reading puts me in new worlds and helps me discover stories about other people. A lot of you have your own experiences to share. Your pain, grief, hurt, healing process and more. I want to help write a positive ending for your stories.
I hope you discover your best self here <3

Greetings! I’m Dhwani Malhotra, an MPhil graduate in Criminology from the University of Cambridge, with a deep commitment to mental health, social justice, and public policy. My personal and professional journey has been driven by the desire to understand systemic challenges and advocate for impactful change, particularly for young adults navigating complex societal realities.

Purple Space was born from a simple yet profound hope—to build a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where young adults can feel seen, heard, and supported. Let’s be vulnerable, seek support and ask for help, and in doing so, help others feel less alone. P.S. you matter :)
